Full payment is due at contract signing and is paid directly to Diamond Finish Detailing LLC.
Once payment is received, the client must schedule their first appointment within 30 days of purchase.
Cash, bounced or reversed payments must be settled within 15 days of contract execution date. If not resolved within that period, the membership will be immediately terminated with no reinstatement or refund eligibility.
A $350 deposit and first month’s payment are due at signing.
The deposit is applied toward the total annual price but is non-refundable if the client cancels early.
The remaining balance is divided into 12 equal monthly payments, due on the 1st of each month.
A 5-day grace period is provided for all monthly payments.
Payments not received by the 5th of the month will incur a $50 late fee.
If payment is still not received by the 15th, services will be temporarily suspended until the account is brought current.
Memberships with 31 days of non-payment will be terminated in full.
