Used vehicles may be accepted. If accepted used vehicles MUST receive their stage 3 full detail as the FIRST appointment of their annual membership.

For vehicles with painted brake calipers or those safeguarded by a ceramic coating, graphene coating, a vinyl wrap or paint protection film (PPF), our Painted Brake Caliper Detail & Diamond Shield add-ons were created exclusively for you!
We’ll maintain your vehicles showroom exterior appearance and timeless interior appeal!
Scheduling & Flexibility
Members can reschedule appointments within a 5-day window — If the current schedule allows clients can move appointments up to 5 days earlier or later than the original date.
If rescheduling falls outside the 5-day window, the appointment must be cancelled and resumed at the next scheduled visit.
Cancellations & Credits
Properly cancelled appointments (within 24 hours) will receive account credits valid for two years.
Weather-related cancellations also receive full account credits valid for two years.
No-call/no-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in a loss of that visit’s credit and a $25 fee.
